The project involved the supply of labour, equipment, transport & tipping for the demolition works at Penrith Homemaker Supa Centa.

This consisted of:

• the demolition of 15 x precast façade panels that jutted out of the building including the associated ceilings, roofing, and steel structure above
• the demolition of 50mm thick bitumen in the carpark including the kerb, guttering, and the removal of 7 x light poles
• the demolition of concrete pavings on the eastern side of the building

To ensure minimal disruption of adjacent businesses, Beasy Pty Ltd conducted the majority of the demolition works in one night (and during rain!).
