Friable & Non-Friable asbestos removal, hertiage stripout, structural demolition, mulch installation and bitumen laying upon completion.

Urgent demolition of 10t precast panels from an operational facility which was completed over the long weekend due to a tight time frame. Works involved preparation works, calculations, dust extractions, wet vacuuming etc.

Complete back to base strip out.

Initially strip out works which moved into structural demolition including suspended concrete floor penetrations and large concrete stairs demolition.
