Beasy was engaged to conduct total demolition on a warehouse-type shed at Eveleigh Rail Yards. The project involved the demolition of the entire shed structure to slab level including roof and wall sheeting, and miscellaneous items such as lighting removal.

We also undertook the demolition of a pump shed which was a brick structure to the north of the main shed including the demolition of the plant and equipment within.

One of the challenging aspects in the undertaking of this demolition project was that it was conducted adjacent to an operational rail sheds and railway lines.

To ensure the safety of others, we covered the pump shed in-ground tank with steel plates bolted to the ground in order to prevent people falling into it. Beasy specializes in these types of detailed structural demolition and as such the project was easily completed.
