Strickland House is a historic house residing in the Sydney suburb of Vaucluse. The Strickland house  is listed on the Australian Register of the National Estate and as well on the New South Wales State Heritage Register.

Beasy were engaged by NSW Public Works to perform the removal of concrete below the western side of a heritage building Strickland House. Once the demolition and disposal of concrete process was completed, Beasy Pty Ltd was also engaged for reinstating the area with new kikuyu turf.
