Beasy was engaged by the client to conduct the demolition of a suspended post-tensioned concrete slab. The scope of works involved:

• investigating the condition of tendons
• truncating of post-tensioned cables and provision of epoxy
• demolition of the suspended post-tensioned concrete slab
• disposal of demolished materials
