Complete 10 levels ‘back to base’ strip out of the heritage listed former Commonwealth Bank office which consisted of the removal of  raised floors, floor coverings, high ceilings, compactus, work stations, fittings, fixtures, shelves, furniture, plumbing, electricals, data cables, fire sprinklers (including de-watering works), mechanical ducting, and the associated lead paint removals. This meant that everything within the levels had to be demolished only leaving behind the core walls, columns, and floor slabs.

During the strip out works, Beasy took appropriate measures to protect and conserve the heritage listed rooms, external walls, lifts, and high ceilings on the top floor.

Note: Commonwealth Bank & Commsec were operational whilst works were being undertaken. The building is also Australian Heritage listed.
