Beasy was engaged by Liverpool City Council to undertake forensic demolition of the fire-damaged council administration building.

The works included the following:

• initial staged removal of roof for forensic investigation access
• demolition of the building
• removal of debris within and around building exterior
• demolition of all suspended ground floor slabs and columns
• demolition of walls and associated services
• demolition of basement floor slab and associated drainage pits
• fill and level site
• tipping and disposal of demolished materials
