Beasy was engaged by the client to undertake demolition works at the heritage listed Australian Museum. The works involved the demolition of a concrete stairway, the stripping out of toilets and amenities, the breaking and disposal of walls, floor coverings, and ceilings tiles.

The works were carried out whilst the museum was still in operation. Since the building is heritage listed, Beasy took careful measures ensuring that the structure was not affected by the works required.
