We were responsible for the demolition of street-facing facade panels on a five (5) storey building.

The project involved:

• the demolition, removal and disposal of 51 x concrete precast wing wall panels protruding from the facade of the building
• traffic & pedestrian control including plans and council permits
• erection of hoardings including 10kPa overhead protection
• scaffolding

With carefully planned and well executed safety measures, day time Sydney CBD traffic and pedestrians were safe.

We also demolished the facade of the adjacent building which was of a much bigger scope. (483 Kent Street)
