Beasy undertook a project to completely demolish a 2-storey brick internet cafe and the adjacent rear half of Crocodile Farm Hotel whilst keeping the business operational.

The works included the demolition of ground footings, structural walls, the setting up of scaffolding, interior strip outs at Crocodile Farm Hotel, and associated asbestos removal works.
