Beasy were engaged by Urban Growth NSW: Landcom to perform Non-friable asbestos removal from the residential dwelling along with it’s subsequent demotion.  Demolition consisted with the removal & disposal of the house, concrete footings, driveway, garage & backyard shed.

Whilst carrying out the works asbestos contaminated soil was discovered onsite. Beasy was engaged to excavate the asbestos contaminated soil leaving the site cleared of asbestos where a third party licensed assessor granted a clearance certificate upon project completion.
