Beasy was engaged by the client to conduct demolition and asbestos removal. Scope of works include:

• Non-friable asbestos removal of the main warehouse roof
• Non-friable asbestos removal of the warehouse wall sheeting
• Demolition works of the main warehouse building including the concrete slab footing
• Demolition works to a smaller building and associated asbestos removal works to the roof
• Demolition of brick walls

Note: the project was conducted alongside a telecommunications tower and substation
