Beasy was engaged by the client to conduct the removal of non-friable asbestos contaminated cement and galbestos roof sheeting including replacement and painting works.

The scope of works included:

• Removal of the corrugated asbestos cement roof sheeting
• Plastic-lining warehouse machinery and items during the roof removal works
• HEPA vacuum cleaning
• Removal of asbestos wall sheeting and replacement with new fibre cement sheeting to the parapet walls
• Removal of safety mesh
• Removal of galbestos coated facia
• Removal of asbestos eaves
• Painting works to newly replaced areas
